Deborah Snyder was born as Deborah Johnson in the year 1963 in New Jersey, USA. She has a sister. However, she has very little to say about her early life. Also, there is no information about her upbringing, early life, and parents.

Deborah graduated from Ithaca College in 1991. Ithaca College is a private college for liberal arts in Ithaca, New York. She probably has a degree in a major subject in liberal arts.

Career

Deborah Snyder started her career as a producer after working at a New York advertising agency called ‘Backer Spielvogel’. In 1997 she worked as a producer for a documentary called Talk to Me: Americans in Conversation. Moreover, in 2004, Deborah and her husband Zack Snyder co-founded ‘Cruel and Unusual Films‘ which is now re-named to, ‘The Stone Quarry‘ film production house.

Deborah Snyder enjoys a happy conjugal life with her husband whom she has spent fifteen years of marriage. Well, she is married to one of the famous American film director and producer Zack Snyder. Firstly, the couple first met in the year 1996 when Deborah Johnson hired Zack Snyder to direct a commercial for Reebok. At the time Deborah was dating the art director for that commercial and Zack was married to his first wife Denise Weber.

Again, in the year 2002 then Deborah hired Snyder for the shooting of a commercial for deodorant. Deborah had just ended her five-year-long relationship and Zack had already parted his way from his former wife. Consequently, by the end of their 2 weeks long shooting the duo was in love with each other. They spent time traveling between Deborah’s home in New York and Zack’s home in Pasadena, California. Finally, on September 25, 2004, the couple got married at St. Bartholomew Church, Manhattan

Moving on, Deborah and Zack do not have any biological children together however, they have two adoptive children named, Sage Snyder and Cash Snyder. Zack is the father of altogether 8 children. Besides, Deborah is step-mother to Olivia, Eli, Willow, Ezekiel, and Jett. Olivia and Eli are from Zack’s former marriage to Denise Weber.

Also, the former couple adopted Willow and Autumn from China. Unfortunately, at the age of 21 Autumn Snyder committed suicide. Zack had two sons, Ezekiel and Jett from his short-term relationship with Kristen Elin.
