She forecasted and presented the weather for NBC Weather Plus, CNBC, CNBC World, Nightly News, MSNBC and the NBC affiliate in San Diego, KNSD.
Merwin served as the morning meteorologist for CNBC’s morning show Squawk Box. While on CNBC, she covered the devasting Midwest flood of 2008 and Hurricane Gustav and broadcasted live from the NASDAQ for the show, Fast Money.
Also, Britta served for KCRA in Sacramento, California, News12 New Jersey, and News 12 Long Island as a Weekend Morning Meteorologist after she departed from the left eastern seaboard.
