Jaroslav Kubera is one of the greatest politicians who became the mayor of Teplice from 1994 to 2018. He was born on 16th February 1947 in Louny, Czechoslovakia (now the Czech Republic). He holds a Czech nationality and belongs to white ethnicity.

Kubera studied mathematics at Masaryk University and business at the University of Economics, Prague but didn’t complete his studies.
