Regarding Taylor’s educational background, she attended Waiakea High School in Hilo, Hawaii, USA. She graduated with the title of Senior Prom queen in 1989. After finishing high school, Taylor attended university and while studying she became involved in beauty pageants.

After a few years, she moved to San Diego to work as a morning weather reporter at KFMB and worked there till 2005. Likesiws, she worked as the morning weekend weathercaster at WCCo in Minneapolis before returning to the sunny state of California to work for XETV.
Back in 2010, she joined FOX 5 News, KSWB-TV, in San Diego as Tehri weather anchor, which is where she has stayed ever since. One of Taylor’s less known TV appearances was that of a TV Reporter in the American TV series The District, which ram from 2000-2004.
