Furthermore, Radziwill sold her first novel, The Widow’s Guide to Sex & Dating, in a high six-figure deal to Holt Publishing released on February 11, 2014. Later in 2011, she joined the cast of Bravo TV’s The Real Housewives of New York City. On July 25, 2018, Radziwill announced that she was leaving the show after 6 seasons (seasons 5-10) and also, said that she wanted to go back to journalism and producing.
