He is a graduate but the details related to his college and school are not yet out in the media. One fine day Devin asked his friend for an honest opinion about the way he looked. His friend responded with ‘brutal’ honesty – saying to Devin that he looked ‘sickly and skinny’.

The honest opinion from his friend worked as a trigger for Devin. He then started to work out and transformed himself from the age of 19 weighing 118 lbs. Working two jobs alongside other responsibilities made Devin’s bodybuilding journey difficult. However, he made no excuses and focused on his transformation. He admitted saying;

“I always made time for working out no matter the number of responsibilities on my plate.”

Similarly, talking about his family he was born to a single mother. He is also blessed with other two baby sisters.
