Fryda Wolff was born on 25 May 1982, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Born to a Mexican mother, Joyce Lawrence and an American father, Sheldon Lawrence, Fryda is of White ethnicity and holds American nationality.

During her childhood, Wolff spent most of her summer holidays in Mexico, later lived in Mexico for two years and attended primary school. After studying for fifth and sixth grade in Mexico, Fryda came back to America and completed her primary school. Later, she joined Las Vegas Academy of the Arts High School and became a close friend to Baron. They became best friends since their freshman year.

Fryda Wolff graduated from Las Vegas Academy and made her first voice credit in 2003 for a game titled PlanetSide as the main voice. She gained huge popularity for her voice, however, Wolff maintained a gap for seven years. In 2010, Fryda voiced as Bia in the game Heroes of Newerth. Since then, Wolff came into limelight and voiced for various games.
