Kimberly Frankel, aka Kimber Lee, is an American professional wrestler currently working on WWE developmental territory NXT. Lee is known for her work on America as well as an international independent circuit. She is the part of The Kimber Bombs along with her partner Cherry Bomb. The team have held both the Shine Tag Team Championship as well as Shimmer Tag Team Championship at the same time.

Early Life and Education

Recalling her early life, Kimber first opened her eyes on June 27, 1990, at Seattle, Washington, United States. She was raised in Seattle, Washington. Lee, from her early age, loved dancing and she was trained as a dancer. When she was at her teen, she was interested in professional wrestling and started building her career in it. Famous female athlete Chyna is her inspiration. Kimber is graduated from the University of the Arts.

Career

Lee started training at the Combat Zone Wrestling Academy, after her graduation and debuted as a professional wrestler on 2011 in Combat Zone Wrestling, as ring name Kimber Lee. In her very first match, she defeated Austin Uzzie in an intergender match. At CZW, Lee fought the wrestlers like Neveah, Christina Von Eerie, Candice LeRae, Alexxis, Nevaeh, and Jessicka Havok, for both women’s singles and tag team matches.

After CZW, she participated and completed in Women Superstars Uncensored (WSU). At, WSU, Kimber had won the WSU Tag Team Championship. Then she debuted to Shine Wrestling. At Shine Wrestling, she formed a tag team The Kimber Bomb. They have won the Shine Wrestling Tag Championship from Legendary (Malia Hosaka and Brandi Wine) in their rematch.

After competing in several Wrestling worlds, Kimber turned her focus towards NXT. At NXT, in her debut match, she lost against Ember Moon, and later on to Ruby Riot. Lee even participated at fifteen women’s royal rumble match for number one contenders match for NXT Women’s Championship but was eliminated by Riot. She has also won the Chikara Grand Championship.
