Manuel Bojorquez is the national correspondent of CBS News Agency in Miami. Although he joined the Network in 2012, he promoted in 2017 as a national correspondent in the Miami Network Bureau. Manuel is a reporter and cover reports overall CBS News platforms and other broadcasts.

Manuel Bojorquez has won the Edward R. Murrow Award in 2015 for broadcasting the devastating parts of Arkansas destroyed by a tornado. Besides his glories, Banjorquez is a cancer survivor too, from which he diagnosed at his early youth.

Manuel Bojorquez was born in the late 1980s in El Salvador, the United States. Later, he moved to Los Angeles with his family. Manuel began a career as a general assignment reporter in 2000. He graduated from the University of Southern California, and also rewarded as a student of the year for Outstanding Broadcast Journalism.

Since 2002 and prior employer at WSB-TV, Manuel Bojorquez worked as a reporter in Phoenix for KNXV-TV too. While doing coverage of the state’s wildfires, he won the Associated Press Award in both 2004 and 2005.  The American reporter actively participated in Mexico’s presidential election in 2006, which included his essays and articles published online.
