Nela Pociskova was born on 4 October 1990 in Bratislava. She is the daughter of Ľudmila Pocisková mother and Milan Pocisk father. As per nationality, she is Slovak whereas her ethnicity is unknown.
When she was eight years old, she started signing and later at the age of fourteen, she got the role of Katak in the musical Don’t Take US a Princess after her choreographer and director Ján Ďurovčík discovered her in casting.
