She attended Lake Orion High School and completed her graduation in 1994. In order to study her forward education, she started to work at Hooters. Curtis joined the college in Michigan and Florida but could not complete her education. During her days as a waitress at Hooters, she gained the idea to served many CEO.

Nicole Curtis was married to Steve Lane. The couple was blessed with a son named Ethan Lane. But their relation didn’t last long as they were divorced in 2009.
After being apart, with her former husband Steve, Curtis worked too hard to balance personal life and professional career.
