Difficult Upbringing

Samantha Jane Morton was born on 13 th May 1977 to father Peter Morton and mother Pamela Mallek. She grew up in Nottingham, England where she was born. Samatha was born as the third child to her parents with sister Penny Morton and Marcus Morton. However, it was not an easy childhood for the British actress as her parents divorced when she was just three years old.

Nevertheless, she lived with her father who was an alcoholic and meanwhile her mother’s second marriage didn’t go well. Due to complications in the family, Samantha spent the next nine years of her childhood in a forester home.

However, Morton’s life started to take a turn after she attended West Bridgford Comprehensive school. During high school days, one of her teachers advised her to join drama after seeing potential in her. Ultimately, the same teacher told her Central Junior Television Workshop where she tried her luck and got accepted at the age of 13yrs.

Relationship With Harry Hold

Following her divorce with Charlie, she found a new partner in the filmmaker, Harry Hold in 2005. The couple met while filming a music video for the band the Vitamins. Since then they started dating for a couple of years and got pregnant before marriage. It was Harry who proposed Samantha in Paris. However, they were set to marry in 2007 but since she was pregnant during that time, they decided to postpone the marriage.

Furthermore, when she was asked about her marriage date she hasn’t mentioned a piece. In addition, she told the media that she wants to keep it private. As of now, the couple lives in Derbyshire England with their children.

Ex-Husband Charlie creed-Miles

The 42-year-old actress married The Last yellow co-star Charlie creed-Miles in 1999. The ex-couple met on the set of the movie and started dating for a couple of years before getting married. However, the following differences, their marriage could not last long and ultimately separated a year later in 2000.

Her ex-husband Charlie is famous for portraying the role of Billy Kimber in the British series Peaky Blinders alongside Sam Claflin, Gaite Jansen, Iddo Goldberg, and Brian Gleeson.

Three Children

Samantha is a proud mother of three beautiful children from her two marriages. She gave birth to her first daughter named Esme Creed Mile with her ex-husband Charlie. Esme is also an actress and starred in the Amazon video series Hanna. They welcomed their daughter on 5th February 2000. However, since her marriage lasted for just a year she took the responsibility of her daughter alone.
