Before WCVB, Heather worked at KFOR in Oklahoma City as an early evening anchor and medical reporter. Additionally, she has also served at WVTM-TV in Birmingham, Alabama, and WVEU-TV in Atlanta. As of 2018, she was working on documentaries.
