Karoun Demirjian

A runnerup for Washington Press Club Foundation’s David Lynch memorial award, Karoun Demirjian is an American journalist. Currently, she works for the Washington Post as a multimedia international journalist as well as a freelance reporter.

Apart from her journalism career, Demirjian is also a professional classical soprano, guitarist and pianist. Moreover, she had a keen interest in photography and writing before pursuing her career as a journalist.
