Early Life

Michelle Nicolini was born as Michelle Zonato Nicolini on January 5, 1982, in Itu, Sao Paulo, Brazil. She is Brazilian by nationality and belongs to white ethnicity.  She grew up in Sao Paulo, along with her siblings Eliza Nicolini, Jaque Nicolini, Isa Nicolini, and Gi Nicolini.

Michelle started to train as a Martial arts fighter, where she was just fourteen at that time. However, she stopped training Capoeria three years later and changed to jiu-jitsu and went under Robert Drysdale for training.  Moreover, after trained with Robert, Nicolini received all the belts including a black belt.

In 2013, Nicolini left the Cavaca Fight Centre and give a statement on her Facebook account, clarifying the reason for her departure. Currently, she has already won 8x gold medals as of worlds 2019. Recently, she signed to the ONE Championship MMA organization.

Boyfriend- Philippe Pomaski

Moving onto Michelle’s personal life, she is currently in a relationship with athletic Philippe Pomaski. Moreover, Philippe is a Swiss grappler and a Brazilian Jiu-jitsu black belt under Leonardo Vieira. There is no information about how and when they began dating, but we are sure that the couple might have met each other at their training center.

In addition, there is no sign of their break up but living a conjugal life in Santos, Brazil. Since both of them are engaged in their respective professions, the couple is yet to plan for their weddings.

Besides, Michelle is a travel freak and she travels several places with her friends. Also, she seems like a dog lover, where she owns a Lhasa Apso as her pet. She named her dog Chewb, while Chewb is a Lhasa Apso dog breed which was originally from Tibet.
