Later, Thea was discovered by Tommy Dreamer and he took her to the Total Nonstop Action (TNA) Wrestling as Zelina Vega. In 2017, she signed a contract with WWE.

Apart from wrestling, Thea also played in TV films. She made her appearances in the 2012 film, Dorothy and the Witches of Oz. Not to mention, she appeared in Children 9/11. Besides, she also featured alongside the wrestler AJ Lee in the movie, Fighting with My Family.
